Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding

  Almond butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw If You Can Get It)
  Ripe avocado 1
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Coconut aminos 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Ginger 2 Inch (Or More To Taste)
  Stevia powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (More Or Less To Taste)
  Fresh mint leaves 20
  Red pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Handful Of Almonds And/Or Cashews Work Great)
For vegetables
  Broccoli head 1 , chopped (Stems Can Be Used As Well)
  Snow peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bok choy 1 Large, chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 , diced
  Daikon radish 1 , shredded
  Zucchini 1 , shredded
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Blend dressing ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust if necessary. Consistency should be thick and creamy but pourable - add water if it's too thick
Put vegetables in a big bowl and pour dressing on top, then mix well.
Eat right away, or let it sit in fridge to allow flavors to marinate and grow stronger.
