Ann's Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Uncooked long grain white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Freshly ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Follow the directions on the package to cook the rice.
2) In a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish, mix together all the ingredients.
3) With a greased foil, cover the dish and set it inside a slow cooker. Around the casserole’s outside, pour a cup of water.
4) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 2 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
