Icebox Fruit 'N' Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Instant rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened canned pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Not Fresh Or Frozen)
  Butter salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon, flavored
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 4 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened fruit cocktail 8 Ounce, undrained (Canned)
  Orange 1 , peeled, seeded, and cut in chunks
  Red apple 1 , cored and diced, unpeeled
  Ripe pear 1 , cored and diced, unpeeled
  Ripe banana 1 Small, peeled, sliced
  Curacao liqueur/Orange liqueur 3 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, cook rice, pineapple juice and salt until it starts boiling.
2.Once done, turn off the flame and keep aside after covering for 15- 20 minutes so that the rice is soft.
3.Separatley, add some gelatin to cold water and leave it for a minute.
4.When the rice and gelatin are both done, put the geloatin mixture in the rice and stir gently.
5.Cook on low flame so that the gelatin dilutes.
6.Once cooked,add fruit cocktail, orange, apple, banana and Curacao.
7.Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan with a spoon and refrigerate.

SERVING
8.Serve cold.
