Classic Old Fashioned Rice Pudding
|Cooked rice||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Mix all the ingredients together and pour the mixture into a slow cooker which has been lightly greased.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 1 to 2 hours or over low heat for 4 to 6 hours. During the final 30 minutes of cooking, stir once.
3) Serve cold or warm, as preferred.
