Dolores' Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Uncooked white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg/Cinnamon To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the rice, sugar and 8 cups of milk in a slow cooker.
2) Cook over high heat for 3 hours.
3) Beat the eggs, 1 ½ cups of milk, vanilla and salt properly together and the mixture to the slow cooker. Stir well.
4) Cook over high heat for 25 to 30 minutes and sprinkle the cinnamon or nutmeg all over.

SERVING
5) Serve warm.
