Ingredients
  Cornflour 2 Ounce
  Water 1 Pint
  Finely grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon (From 2 Fruits)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (From 2 Fruits)
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Egg whites 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan put corn flour water and grated lemon rind. Blend and boil stirring frequently.
2) Cook for 1-2 minutes, take the pan off heat and stir sugar and lemon juice.
3) Keep aside for about 5 minutes till cool enough.
4) Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture.
5) In a serving pour wetted 1 1/2 pint mould.
6) Leave to set.

SERVING
7) serve with cream.
