Salmon Pudding

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , separated
  White bread slice 2 1⁄2 (Crusts Removed)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Bone and flake the salmon
2. In a saucepan, heat milk, butter and salt, add egg yolks and bread to it and cut into small pieces
3. Turn the heat off, add lemon juice and chili sauce and mix into the salmon well
4. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into the salmon mixture too; place in a casserole and bake for half an hour at 350°F

SERVING
5. Serve as per your tastes
