|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Self rising flour||6 Ounce|
Cut bananas into rings and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Rub butter into sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix to a dough with water.
Divide into 3 circles.
Arrange a layer of bananas in a greased pudding bowl.
Pour over this 1 tblspn, honey.
Cover with a circle of dough.
Repeat this process, ending with a circle of dough.
Cover bowl and steam in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, for Vk hours.
Serve with custard.
