|Stoned raisins||4 Ounce|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Moist sugar||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Sieve the flour and the baking powder, and rub in the butter.
Add the moist sugar and raisins.
Mix with a little milk until fairly stiff.
Sprinkle with a little demerara sugar and bake in a moderate oven until browned — about 45 minutes.
This pudding should be very light and crisp.
