Stovetop Brown Rice Pudding
|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Skim milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix the ingredients, except Vanilla Extract, together in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring often, until pudding has begun to thicken.
Remove from heat, add Vanilla Extract and cool; chill before serving.
