One of the most irresistable picks around, this Cold Rice Pudding has always been the favorite of my family. I have tried this Cold Rice Pudding with some of the popular combinations to make this simply delicious dish more versatile. Try out this easy recipe of Cold Rice Pudding and just sit back and relish!
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil the rice in milk with a little salt.
Cool and add sugar and 2 tblspns, whipped cream.
Pack into a jelly mould and allow to get cool.
Turn out, spread with jam and cover with the rest of the whipped cream, flavoured with vanilla.
