This wonderfully scrumptious and impressively gorgeous Chocolate Blancmange is a great way to finish off your meal. Why not, you can even have them for tea-time to liven up those laid back evenings. Here is a simple recipe of Chocolate Blancmange; try it and relish!
Ingredients
  Castor sugar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Cocoa 1 Ounce
  Milk 1 Pint
  Salt To Taste
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Mix cornflour and cocoa to a paste with a little cold milk.
Put remainder of milk on to boil and, when boiling, pour it onto blended cocoa-cornflour mixture, stirring all the time.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and boil for a few minutes to cook the cornflour.
Stir in the flavouring essence and sugar, and pour into a wetted mould.
Put in a cool place to set.
