Looking for a quick dessert to cook? This Red Grants is a quick and incredibly delicious dish that is highly satisfying. Red Grants is a great way of enjoying a nutritiously rich sweet dish!
Ingredients
  Currants juice 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Minced bitter almonds 1⁄4 Ounce
  Water 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Sweet almonds 1⁄2 Ounce, minced
  Sago 1⁄2 Pound
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients, except the sago, into a saucepan and bring to the boil; then add the sago, which has first been well rinsed in cold water.
Boil for 1/4-hour, stirring often.
Turn the mixture into moulds or cups rinsed with cold water and leave to get cold.
Turn out and serve with cream and sugar.
