Rice And Nut Pudding
|Long grain rice||2 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||4 Ounce|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||4 Ounce|
Boil the milk and water together with the sugar and add the rice.
Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, then add the ground rice made into a paste with a little milk.
Simmer for a further 10 minutes, add the cinnamon and stir gently.
When cold, sprinkle with nuts and serve with cream or fruit.
