Apple Puree Pudding
|Applesauce||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Plain gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Stiffly beaten egg whites||2|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Vanilla extract||2 Drop|
Mix the gelatin in lemon juice and place the mixture in bowl on hot water.
Add some applesauce and fold the mixture in egg whites.
Pour this mixture in a moistened 4-cup mold and place in a refrigerator for about 2 hours or until set.
Unmold the pudding right before serving. Also, pipe on some whipped cream, sweetened sugar and vanilla extract on the top to garnish.
