This Steamed Sago Pudding is indeed a heaven for those who love sweet desserts. Quick and easy to make, this Steamed Sago Pudding is subtly flavored with vanilla - you will sure be a fan of it!
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apricot jam||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soak the sago overnight in milk.
Add the other ingredients, except the Bi-carb.
Dissolve this in a little cold milk and stir in.
Steam for 2 hours in a greased mould.
Serve with custard.
