Put fruit and peanuts through a mincer and stir in peanut butter.
Dough: 11/2 lbs. flour 2 tblspns, salad oil 2 tspns.
baking powder pinch salt 1 cup milk Mix dry ingredients.
Rub in well and add milk to form a soft dough.
Roll out 1/4" thick.
Spread on fruit mixture and roll up like a Swiss Roll.
Flour a pudding cloth and steam in this for 2 hours.
