This rich and flavorful recipe of Date Pudding simply tastes heavenly and is a perfect dessert for all seasons. Relatively easy to make this Date Puddingis sure to pamper your taste buds. So just try it out and experience it for yourself!
|Wholewheat crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stoned dates||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Pint, hot|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
Boil dates in the water for a few minutes, add lemon juice and rind and mash.
Place a layer of half the crumbs in a greased oven dish.
Add dates, then the rest of the crumbs.
Pour the hot milk over and bake at 350° F for 35 minutes.
