Homemade Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Canned whole kernel corn 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a glass casserole and melt butter in it for 30 seconds.
2) Add flour to this and form a smooth paste.
3) Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4) Cover and cook for 9 minutes, stirring once.
5) Cover and set aside for 2 minutes.
6) Add dash of sugar to beans (Kidney beans or green peas may be used in place of corn).

SERVING
7) Serve with ham or pork chops for a nourishing winter dinner.
