Corn Cheese Pudding
|Canned whole kernel corn||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pimiento||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Jar)|
|Shredded medium cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Take a bowl add kernel corn, pimento, shredded cheddar cheese, green pepper, beaten eggs, milk, all-purpose flour, sugar, melted butter, and salt to it and blend them well.
3. Portion the mixture on 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake for about 350F.
4. Serve as per taste preferences.
