|Soft breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Chopped mixed fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with peel|
|Chopped mixed peel||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with fruit|
|Chopped peeled apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Grease 6 cup (1.5 L) ring mold.
In medium size bowl, combine fruit and nuts and toss with bread crumbs and the 1/4 cup (50 mL) of flour.
Sift dry ingredients together.
In mixing bowl cream butter, add sugar and mix well, then egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in fruit mixture and pour into prepared pan.
Microwave at 30% power for 15 minutes, then on HIGH for 2 minutes or until centre tests done.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes on cooling rack before turning out to complete cooling.
