|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, diced|
|Cooked turkey||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Cooked spaghetti/Noodles||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cheese||3 Tablespoon, grated|
|Turkey gravy||4 Tablespoon|
|Soft white bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||1 , chopped|
Drain fat, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.
Add turkey, spaghetti, cheese, gravy, and salt and pepper to taste.
Heavily grease a loaf pan (9x5x3 inches) and sprinkle soft bread crumbs over bottom and sides.
Fill with turkey mixture, pressing with spoon to pack tightly.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and chopped hard-cooked egg.
Serve with additional hot turkey gravy.
