Turkey Pudding

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, diced
  Cooked turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Cooked spaghetti/Noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Turkey gravy 4 Tablespoon
  Soft white bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook bacon.
Drain fat, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.
Add turkey, spaghetti, cheese, gravy, and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat well.
Heavily grease a loaf pan (9x5x3 inches) and sprinkle soft bread crumbs over bottom and sides.
Fill with turkey mixture, pressing with spoon to pack tightly.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and chopped hard-cooked egg.
Serve with additional hot turkey gravy.
Makes 4 servings.
