Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Stale french bread/Challah 1 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 3 Tablespoon
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced apples 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Tear bread into pieces and place in large mixing bowl.
Moisten with enough water to make it wet but not soupy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
