Hot Fudge Pudding

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Directions

In a 3-quart casserole combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa.
Stir in milk, oil and vanilla.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, mixed together.
Heat water in a 2-cup glass measure in microwave until boiling.
Pour over batter.
Microwave on high for 9-10 minutes, turning 3 times.
Spoon into dishes and top with ice cream.
