|Sandwich spread/2 cups japanese tofu||8 Ounce|
|Canned yellow corn||12 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Milk/Cream / cream soup / sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
1 large can Worthington sandwich spread or 2 cups Japanese tofu (soy cheese), 1 large can yellow corn.
Saute and add 1 large onion and 1/2 green pepper.
Pimento can also be added for colour.
Moisten with milk or cream, or a cream soup or sauce.
Add about 1/2 lb.
of cheddar cheese, saving some to sprinkle on top with buttered crumbs.
Bake until crumbs brown, but don't let it dry out.
