CORN PUDDING

Ingredients
  Sandwich spread/2 cups japanese tofu 8 Ounce
  Canned yellow corn 12 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Onion 1 Large
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Milk/Cream / cream soup / sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

1 large can Worthington sandwich spread or 2 cups Japanese tofu (soy cheese), 1 large can yellow corn.
Saute and add 1 large onion and 1/2 green pepper.
Pimento can also be added for colour.
Moisten with milk or cream, or a cream soup or sauce.
Add about 1/2 lb.
of cheddar cheese, saving some to sprinkle on top with buttered crumbs.
Bake until crumbs brown, but don't let it dry out.
