Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  Chocolate square 1 Ounce
  Milk 1 Pint
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut 6 Tablespoon (Moist)
  Jelly bean eggs 15
Directions

Melt chocolate in 1/2 cup milk, stir until well blended.
Heat remaining milk and add chocolate mixture.
Sift sugar, cornstarch and salt together and add to hot milk gradually.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add vanilla and butter.
Pour into serving dishes and chill.
Serves 5.
For the children's party: Form a nest on the top with a tablespoon of coconut and fill with 3 jelly bean "eggs."
