Poor Man s Pudding

Ingredients
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325° F.

MAKING
2) Clean rice in water and mix all the ingredients.
3) Take a buttered casserole and pour the mixture into it.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours. To prevent rice from settling, stir the pudding three times during first hour of baking.
5) Finally add butter, stirring.

SERVING
6) Serve warm.
