Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 Quart
  Sugar substitute 1 Teaspoon (Sweet 'N Low)
  Raw white rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
In a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered, stirring frequently, for the first hour.
The complete cooking time is 2-1/2 hours.
This may be served topped with low-calorie whipped cream or crushed fruit.(115 calories per serving)
