Turkey In The Corn Pudding
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)|
|Diced turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix beaten eggs with seasonings, butter and onion and blend well. Add rest of the ingredients.
3. Take a 1 1/2-quart casserole and add the contents.
4. Place in a pan containing warm water and bake for 40 minutes or insterted knife comes out cleanly.
5. Serve hot.
