Almond Peach Pudding

Ingredients
  Canned dietetic peach halves 6 , drained
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla rennet custard 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put peach halves in 6 sherbet glasses.
2. Heat milk and extract just to lukewarm (110F).
3. Stir in custard until dissolved.
4. Pour immediately into sherbet glasses (peaches will rise to top).
5. Let stand 10 minutes; then refrigerate until well chilled.
6. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
