Prune Crumble Pudding
|Butter pastry||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For 9-Inch One-Crust Pie)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Liquid from prunes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||6 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put prunes in greased 1-quart shallow baking dish.
Add lemon juice and prune liquid.
Work remaining ingredients together to consistency of fine crumbs; sprinkle over prunes.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm with milk.
