Mawa And Almond Pudding Hot
|Mawa||100 Gram (Or 1/2 Cup Hariali Variety)|
|Milk||100 Milliliter (Or 1/2 Cup)|
|Grated almonds/Grated cashewnuts||40 Gram (Or 1/2 Cup)|
|Almond essence||3 Drop (Or A Few Drops)|
|Sugar||75 Gram (Or 1/2 Cup)|
1. Blend the mawa, milk, whole eggs, sugar and nuts in the blender for 5 minutes. Add essence.
2. Lightly caramelize a jelly mould and pour in the mixture.
3. Seal the mould with grease proof paper or aluminium foil. Place in water bath and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
4. Garnish with slivered almonds.
