Frozen Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 9 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 Cup)
  Canned maraschino cherries 4 Ounce (1 Jar Or 1/2 Cup)
  Light raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tiny marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted
  Grated lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Rum flavoring 2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Drain pineapple and cherries, reserving syrups.
Chop cherries.
Combine syrups and raisins; heat to boiling.
Add marshmallows; stir till dissolved.
Cool; add pineapple, cherries, nuts, lemon peel and juice, rum flavoring.
Beat egg whites and salt till foamy; gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Fold into mixture.
Fold in cream.
Freeze firm in refrigerator tray.
