Ingredients
  Refined flour 55 Gram
  Fresh breadcrumbs 55 Gram
  Fat 45 Gram
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon (If Necessary, For Mixing)
  Sultanas 45 Gram
  Candied peel 15 Gram
  Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed spice 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add beaten egg, golden syrup and milk if necessary, to make a soft paste.
3. Put into a greased mould and steam for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
