Melting Chocolate And Orange Puddings

Ingredients
  Self-raising flour 200 Gram
  Cocoa powder 4 Tablespoon
  Dark chocolate 100 Gram, chopped
  Golden caster sugar 200 Gram
  Butter 50 Gram, melted
  Egg 1
  Milk 175 Milliliter
  Oranges 2 , zested
For sauce
  Unrefined soft dark brown sugar 150 Gram
  Cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
Put the flour, cocoa, chocolate and caster sugar in a bowl.
Mix together the butter, egg, milk, orange zest and stir into the dry ingredients.
Divide the mix between 6 small ovenproof dishes (about 250ml each).
For the sauce, mix the sugar and cocoa, then divide between the tops of the puds.
Boil a kettle and pour approx 3 tbsp boiling water over each pud.
Bake for 25 minutes.
You will end up with sponge on top and choc sauce underneath.
Finish with a dollop of creme fraiche and extra orange zest if you like.
