|Unsweetened blackberries/Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Lemon extract/Vanilla extract||3 Drop (Few Drops)|
In blender container sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.
Add boiling water and process until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup berries and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
Fold in remaining berries.
Divide evenly into 2 dessert glasses.
