Molded Plum Pudding
|Plain gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water/Cider||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Chopped candied citron||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Moist Ones)|
|Steamed seedless raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Soften gelatin in the cold water; then add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Cool; then add remaining ingredients and chill..
When gelatin mixture begins to congeal, stir until fruit and nuts are well distributed and pour into individual molds; chill until firm.
Serve with Orange Sauce, or whipped cream.
