Molded Plum Pudding

Ingredients
  Plain gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water/Cider 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Chopped candied citron 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Moist Ones)
  Steamed seedless raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in the cold water; then add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Cool; then add remaining ingredients and chill..
When gelatin mixture begins to congeal, stir until fruit and nuts are well distributed and pour into individual molds; chill until firm.
Unmold.
Serve with Orange Sauce, or whipped cream.
