Microwave Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Bread slice 8 , cubed
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs/1/2 cup egg substitute 2
  Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 9" round cake dish, combine the bread and raisins.
Set aside.
Place the milk in a medium bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the milk comes to a boil.
Whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes, or until the pudding is set.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

How can this be an eggless pudding? It requires eggs either fresh or in the form of egg substitute which isnt mentioned what the substitute is.. crazy making.

Thanks Caz for point this out. This is not really an eggless pudding. Most egg substitute products—fresh, frozen or powdered—contain mostly egg whites but there are other alternatives like EnerG (Commercial Egg Replacer Powder) or tofu that can be used instead of egg.
