Cinnamon Baked Rice Pudding
|Butter||1 Ounce (30 Grams, Plus Extra For Greasing)|
|Milk||1 Pint (600 Milliliter)|
|Pudding rice||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Caster sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Single cream||3 Tablespoon (For Serve)|
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F/ Gas 3). Butter a baking dish. Pour in milk, rice, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
2. Bake pudding for 15 minutes. Stir well, bake for 15 minutes more, then stir again.
3. Lower heat to 150°C (300°F/ Gas 2). Return pudding to oven and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours more, or until topping is golden, most of milk has been absorbed and pudding is creamy. Serve warm, with cream.
