|Sweet corn||4 Cup (64 tbs), grated (fresh or canned)|
|Heavy cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
1. Start oven, set at 325° F., Moderate. Rub 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter or margarine.
2. Blend the corn, sugar, salt and cream or milk. Pour into the baking dish. Dot with the butter or margarine.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
