Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 9 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon hard sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain pineapple and add enough water or other fruit juice to syrup to make 1/4 cup.
Add with pineapple to remaining ingredients except sauce and mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2 -quart baking dish.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for about 45 minutes.
Serve with Lemon Hard Sauce.
