Baked Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
For 4
  Breadcrumbs 85 Gram
  Milk 300 Milliliter
  Sugar 70 Gram
  Butter 20 Gram
  Cocoa 10 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Boil milk, cocoa and butter and pour over breadcrumbs and sugar.
2. Cover and stand aside for 10 minutes.
3. Add beaten yolks and pour into a greased pie dish and bake in a moderate oven till set (20-30 minutes).
4. Whip the whites stiffly and add 2 tsp. sugar. Spread on top of the pudding and brown in a slow oven.
