Chocolate Pudding With Egg Yolks

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce
  Egg yolks/1 egg, well beaten 2 , slightly beaten
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In 1-qt casserole blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Gradually stir in milk, mixing well.
Microwave at High (10) 5 to 7 Minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, until mixture is smooth, thickened and clear.
Add chocolate and stir until melted.
Stir a small amount of hot pudding quickly into egg yolks.
Return egg mixture to hot pudding, mixing well.
Microwave at Medium High (7) 1 to 3 Minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until smooth and thickened.
Add butter and vanilla.
Stir until butter is melted.
Pour into serving dishes.
