Turkey and Corn Pudding
|Turkey pieces||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Left Over)|
|Eggs||3 , well-beaten|
|Bottled milk/1 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 1/2 cup water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Minced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned whole grain corn||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place turkey slices or pieces in the bottom of a greased 2 qt casserole.
Beat eggs, milk, and flour together.
Add remaining ingredients, and pour over the turkey.
Bake in a moderate oven of 325°F for 1 hr., 15 min., or until a silver knife inserted in the center of the mixture comes out clean.
