Marmalade Bread Pudding
|White bread slice||16|
|Butter||2 Ounce, softened (60 Gram)|
|Orange marmalade||4 Tablespoon|
|Mixed peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||4 , lightly beaten|
|Icing sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||10 Fluid Ounce (315 Milliliter)|
|Double cream||6 Fluid Ounce (185 Milliliter)|
1. Using bread, butter and marmalade, make 8 sandwiches. Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into 9 squares. Place bread cubes into a lightly buttered, deep-sided, ovenproof dish and sprinkle with mixed peel.
2. Place eggs, icing sugar, milk and cream in a bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly pour egg mixture over bread, allowing it to be absorbed.
3. Sprinkle sugar over top of pudding and bake for 45 minutes.
