Farina Fruit Refrigerator Pudding
|Canned cherry juice/Pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Uncooked farina||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix the cherry juice with the sugar and salt in an enamel or glass saucepan. Heat just to the boiling point.
2. Sprinkle the farina over the hot juice, stirring in and continue to cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
3. Rinse 4 small molds or 1 large mold and pour the pudding into them. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve with cream.
