Noodle Cheese And Prune Pudding

Ingredients
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dried prunes 6 Medium, cooked, pitted, and diced
  Artificial sweetener 1 Gram (To Equal 2 Tablespoons Sugar)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked enriched noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a medium bowl combine milk, prunes, sweetener, flour, and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Combine noodles and cottage cheese in a large bowl and transfer to a 10x6x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Pour prune mixture over noodles.
Bake at 375°F.
for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
Divide evenly.
