Noodle Cheese And Prune Pudding
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dried prunes||6 Medium, cooked, pitted, and diced|
|Artificial sweetener||1 Gram (To Equal 2 Tablespoons Sugar)|
|Cooked enriched noodles||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a medium bowl combine milk, prunes, sweetener, flour, and cinnamon.
Combine noodles and cottage cheese in a large bowl and transfer to a 10x6x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Pour prune mixture over noodles.
Bake at 375°F.
for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
