Ingredients
  Grated carrots 60 Gram
  Grated potatoes 85 Gram
  Raisins 60 Gram
  Dates 60 Gram
  Butter 45 Gram
  Sugar 85 Gram
  Chopped nuts 30 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Refined flour 45 Gram
Directions

1. Mix together grated carrots, potatoes, chopped raisins, dates, nuts and sugar and butter.
2. Mix together soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt and flour.
3. Add to first mixture.
4. Put into a greased bun tin.
5. Steam for about 2 hours.
6. Serve with vanilla sauce or hard sauce.
