Baked Rice Pudding
|Reconstituted nonfat dry milk/Fluid milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Leftover rice/Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Add rice and raisins.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 minutes; stir.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes more.
