Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  Beaten eggs 3
  Reconstituted nonfat dry milk/Fluid milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Leftover rice/Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Add rice and raisins.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 minutes; stir.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes more.
