Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients
  Strawberries 250 Gram
  Egg 1 , separated
  Fat free milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warm
  Gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar free sweetener 2 Tablespoon, powdered
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whisked (Made From Fat-Free Milk)
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red food color 2 Drop
Directions

Wash and hull strawberries.
Place in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
Strain and set aside.
Whisk egg yolk till well blended.
Pour warm milk into a small pan.
Stir in gelatine and egg yolk and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Place pan over very low heat and stir for about 3-5 minutes till gelatine is completely dissolved.
Add sweetener and whisk in strawberry puree, curd, lime juice and food colouring (if used).
Chill till semi-set.
Beat egg white till stiff but not dry and fold into mixture.
Pour into ice cream glasses and chill till firm.
